The 2025 call for applications under the Local Development Initiative Support Program, coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of Türkiye, has been officially launched. The program aims to reduce regional development disparities, unlock local potential, and enhance production capacity in strategic sectors. Within this framework, projects aligned with four priority investment areas—specifically determined for each province—will be eligible for support.
Open to both individuals and legal entities, the program welcomes proposals for new investments as well as capacity expansion projects that will increase current production by at least 75% and generate a minimum of 50% additional employment. Eligible projects may benefit from interest or profit share subsidies of up to 25% of the investment cost and machinery-equipment support up to 20%, with a maximum support limit of 300 million TRY per support category.
In addition, public land may be allocated to investors where required. Applications must be submitted online via yerelkalkinmahamlesi.sanayi.gov.tr no later than 6:00 PM on September 30, 2025. A detailed feasibility report is mandatory for each application, and investors may submit up to five project proposals under this call.

- Production of Activated Carbon from Olive Waste
- Integrated Processing Facility for Wood and Forest Products
- Production of High Economic Value Industrial Dairy Products (Raw milk, lactic acid, casein, milk protein isolate/concentrate, rennet casein, whey protein isolate/concentrate, purified refined lactose, etc.)
