The global objective of this call for proposals is to improve the local climate change adaptation and mitigation capacity. The specific objective of this call for proposals is to improve and increase climate change adaptation and mitigation solutions planning and implementation at local level.

The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is EUR 14.706.000. The contracting authority reserves the right not to award all available funds.

Non-governmental organizations, municipalities, local administrations, universities, research institutions/centers, development agencies, non-profit unions, cooperatives, chambers and professional organizations can apply to the call.
