The South Marmara Development Agency (GMKA) has announced three new Technical Assistance Programs for 2026 to support regional development in the TR22 Region (Balıkesir and Çanakkale). The programs aim to strengthen the institutional capacities of public institutions, local governments, universities, civil society organizations, and enterprises, improve the investment environment, and facilitate initiatives that contribute to the economic and social development of the region. Within this framework, the Investment Environment Improvement Technical Assistance Program, the Management Consultancy Technical Assistance Program, and the Human and Social Development Technical Assistance Program will provide consultancy, training, and expert support to eligible institutions and organizations. Applications will be accepted through the Development Agencies Management System (KAYS) during the designated application periods.
