Open Call: Cluster Support Program

The application form for the Cluster Support Program of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, General Directorate of R&D Incentives has been published. In order to be able to apply within the scope of the program, it is necessary to establish a clustering association that will include at least 20 companies, and to prepare a 5-year business plan in accordance with the vision and strategy of the cluster association within the framework of the support scope. Cluster associations will be supported in the following areas:

1- Improving cluster coordination, awareness or effectiveness,
2- Developing factor conditions or markets,
3- Efficiency,
4- Innovation.

The support rate is 70% and it is a grant. There is no support limit. 15% is added to the support rate in the purchase of domestically made machinery/equipment.
