KOSGEB’s Capacity Development Support Program has been launched and serves as a comprehensive support mechanism aimed at enhancing the production efficiency, resilience, production capacity, market reach, and institutional capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Under the program, SMEs operating in sectors such as manufacturing, telecommunications, computer programming, information services, and scientific research and development can receive financial support for a wide range of cost items, including machinery and equipment, software, personnel, service procurement, and working capital expenses.
The main implementation instrument of the support is the provision of interest/profit-share support for loans obtained from banks that have signed protocols with KOSGEB. The credit limit per enterprise ranges from a minimum of TRY 1 million to a maximum of TRY 20 million, with a maximum maturity of 36 months. The program supports SMEs in strengthening their competitiveness, enabling sustainable growth, and taking on a more effective role within the supply chains of large enterprises.
