Çanakkale Ayvacık Agriculture-Based Specialized Greenhouse (Geothermal Sourced) Organized Industrial Zone Investor Request Collection Process Has Started

Çanakkale Ayvacık Agriculture-Based Specialized Greenhouse (Geothermal Sourced) Organized Industrial Zone establishment works has been completed and the Investor Demand Collection process has started as of 15.04.2024. The total size of the OIZ is 2,423,625 m2 and modern technological greenhouses for greenhouse crop production will be established in the project area. Additionally, there are parcels of industrial facilities suitable for specialization. Greenhouse parcels will be at least 10,000 m2 and industrial parcels will be at least 3,000 m2.
